Ready to take your building and coding skills to the next level? Join us at SPIKE Up the FUN: LEGO Education Advanced Robotics Camp, where INNOVATION, creativity, and technology collide! This hands-on camp is designed for young engineers and aspiring roboticists to dive deep into the world of LEGO robotics using the latest SPIKE Prime technology.

Throughout the camp, campers will work in teams to design, build, and program sophisticated robots capable of completing complex tasks. With the guidance of experienced instructors, campers will explore the fundamentals of mechanical engineering, robotics, and computer programming through a series of exciting challenges and competitions.

    What to Expect:

LEGO Robotics: Learn how to use the LEGO SPIKE Prime kit to create robots with motors, sensors, and custom-built mechanisms.

STEM Challenges: Tackle real-world problems that require critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Each challenge is designed to push your creativity and technical abilities to new heights.

Coding & Programming: Gain hands-on experience in coding using the intuitive LEGO Education SPIKE app, and develop your understanding of robotics through block-based and Python programming languages.

Teamwork & Innovation: Work in teams to collaborate on projects, share ideas, and build your communication skills. The camp emphasizes teamwork and encourages innovative solutions.

Mini Competitions: Test your robot’s abilities in mini competitions throughout the week, where you’ll see how your creations perform in various challenges!

This elementary camp opportunity is offered by the Robotics Center at Kettering University, led by an aircraft technician and pilot, and FIRST mentor.
